  Ok, so the first thing I want to say in this review, is that this agency deserves WAY more than a five star rating. I have dealt with so many different insurance agencies over the years, and my experience here at the Craig Agency was above and beyond anything I had ever experienced before. I worked specifically with Beth Burton, and let me just tell you, you NEED to request her as your agent! She went above and beyond to help my fiancé and I save HUNDREDS of dollars on our auto insurance policies, and we are paying the lowest premiums we have EVER paid on all of our other insurances. She is STILL working to save us money on the other insurance policies we currently have elsewhere, and I KNOW she will save us even more money, because she is truly amazing at her job! There has not been one policy that she has quoted for us, that hasn't saved us a significant amount of money. Beth took the time to explain everything to me, and words can not express how much I appreciate her taking the time to help break down what everything means. You will walk out of this agency feeling more knowledgeable, and like you truly understand what coverage you are paying for. I will NEVER go anywhere else! Beth, and everyone I encountered in this office, was so incredibly personable and friendly. You feel like you're really cared about and viewed as important to them, and that is something that I have never encountered in any other insurance agency I've worked with. You will NOT be disappointed by your experience here, and you will never want to go any place else! I will always recommend Craig Agency, and especially Beth Burton. She is truly AMAZING!!

  Buying insurance can be a very difficult experience; especially dealing with all the different rates and what to include in a policy. Lucky for me, I met Beth Burton at Craig Agency. She is an amazing and knowledgeable agent who helped me save money on insurance. Unlike other agents I dealt with in the past, she is also friendly, patient, and approachable. She will sit down with anyone to go over his/her insurance policy in greater detail. Always ask for Beth at Craig Agency. I highly recommend her for anyone in need of insurance.
