Called on a Friday to make an appointment and was told I would have to call back Monday to see my primary care physician: Dr. Christianson. No valid explanation for this was offered. Called Monday to make an appointment and was put on hold for 25 minutes. When I arrived they had an office staff of 1. Children were sitting on the floor crying, waiting to be seen. I cancelled my appointment and will never go back. Extremely unprofessional. Dr. Christenson has apparently left the practice but as his patient I was never notified.December 07, 2016by James Rolince
